Breaking News: Chicago Blackhawks are working on a potential Duncan Keith trade

Friedman says the Blackhawks and Keith are working together to get the 37-year-old to a place he wants to go.

As of right now, the word is I don’t think Vancouver is the destination for a Duncan Keith trade.

The Winnipeg native has spent his entire NHL career in Chicago, playing 16 seasons with the franchise. This past season, Keith had four goals and 15 points in 54 regular season games.

In 2017, Keith was named one of the 100 greatest players in NHL history. The alternate captain has helped the Blackhawks to three Stanley Cups in 2010, 2013 and 2015.
