The Kings take Game 1 against the Coyotes in a more physical match up for the Western Conference Finals!
From a play-offs perspective, the Kings continue to impress by setting the tone for the series with Phoenix and taking the first game as they did against Vancouver and St. Louis. Even more impressive is the fact that with the win on Sunday, the Kings are now 6-0 on the road (a franchise record) and 9-1 in the playoffs altogether.
The road wins have been the key. Early victories away from home against top seeded teams has given them confidence and perhaps more importantly rest coming into home games. Two rounds later, the Kings look fresh and explosive and goal hungry.
