A very interesting table of stats all thanks in part to reddit user jamaicancovfefe:
“The idea for this came after I realized that the Sens haven’t had a player score 30 or more goals since 2011-12, and wondering if that was the longest drought in the league. Eventually, I decided to expand and find out how many seasons it has been for every NHL team since a player had recorded 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80 and 90 goals in a single year.”
These stats are for goals scored in a single season with one franchise (including relocations). If a player scored 30+ goals for two different teams, they were not counted here.
Lastly, numbers/dashes with asterisks indicate that the team has the longest drought for that specific number of goals in a season.
