Matthew Tkachuk scores with 4 seconds left to send the Florida Panthers to the Stanley Cup Finals

The Carolina Hurricanes had managed to level the score in the third period of Game 4 but Mr Clutch himself Tkachuk scored with 4.3 seconds left to send the Panthers to the Stanley Cup Finals.

Sergei Bobrovsky was even caught holding back a few tears taking in the glorious moment:

Panthers complete the 4 game sweep of the Canes. Florida now awaits patiently the winner of the Western final conference matchup between the Vegas Golden Knights and Dallas Stars. Vegas currently leads the series 3-0 and could also end up sweeping the Stars on Thursday night.
