Calgary Flames Part Ways with General Manager Brad Treliving

This morning, the Calgary Flames made some significant changes at the highest levels of their organization.

The Flames have mutually agreed to part ways with general manager Brad Treliving, according to an official announcement from the team. Don Maloney has also been promoted to president of hockey operations and will serve as the organization’s interim general manager.

Maloney has prior NHL experience as the general manager of the Arizona Coyotes and was serving as the Flames’ acting vice president of hockey operations prior to his promotion today.
