New Retro Jersey Design Leaks for the Vegas Golden Knights and Anaheim Ducks

One of the few bright stories during the 2020 NHL offseason are teams turning to designing new 3rd and 4th jerseys for the upcoming season.

Thanks to icethetics and other sources have come out to confirm that indeed both designs for the Ducks and Golden Knights are accurate and in the works of being unveiled soon.

The Vegas Golden Knights are looking to wear a red fourth jersey for the 2021 NHL season with a design inspired by the Las Vegas Thunder, who played in the IHL from 1993 to 1999.

Also noteworthy, the Knights have confirmed earlier this month they will be doing a true Golden alternative jersey for next season too.

Meanwhile the Anaheim Ducks are looking to return to their original third jersey from 1996 for their Reverse Retro of the Mighty Ducks.

The San Jose Sharks are in the works of honoring the California Golden Seals with this new jersey design next season.

And there are rumors of the Los Angeles Kings releasing a purple and black retro style jersey for next season soon.

What do you think of these jerseys by the Ducks and Knights?

I grew up playing Ball and Roller Hockey day and night somewhat religiously throughout elementary and middle school. The two don't compare though when I lace up the skates and hit the ice. I live and breathe hockey beyond the perspective of "it's just a game" and I will gladly talk hockey for hours with anyone. Hockey is more than just a lifestyle, it's a culture of passionate people who make memories every time the puck is dropped. Hockey has not only helped me get through some of the hardest times in life but has created some of the best memories to date. Want to talk hockey with me?
